Project Superintendent

Project Superintendent. Job location: Tampa, FL.  Duties: Responsible for on-site supervision of team and execution of electrical construction projects to meet National Electrical Code (NEC) standards. Review construction plans and specifications thoroughly for project scope, requirements and challenges. Collaborate with project manager to develop project schedules, material procurement plans and resource allocation. Conduct site inspections ensuring work aligns with plans and meets NEC standards. Manage and oversee systems that track labor hours, material usage and project progress. Prepare daily reports, field logs and submit updates to Project Manager. Resolve quality issues or deficiencies with subcontractors. Conduct safety meetings and job site hazard assessments. Requires: 3 yrs. exp. in the job offered or 3 yrs. exp. as a Team Lead or Supervisor. Concurrent exp. must include 3 yrs. exp. supervising on-site team for electrical projects to meet NEC standards.
