We’re seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman or Superintendent to join our team and help manage the electrical installation within a high-rise luxury residential tower project in Fort Myers / Naples, FL. This exciting project includes 100 customized units (3-4K sq. ft. each), private garages, and a multitude of amenity spaces.

Position Summary

Responsibilities

  • Direct electrical construction activities, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
  • Supervise and mentor field electricians and apprentices.
  • Manage subcontractors, ensuring quality work and timely performance.
  • Maintain detailed progress reports and communicate effectively with the General Superintendent and Project Manager.
  • Champion safety compliance and uphold Copperline Electric’s quality standards.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience as Foreman/Superintendent in commercial/hospitality electrical projects; multifamily experience preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of NEC, local codes, and safety regulations (OSHA 30 preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with customized residential units is a significant advantage; deck experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Electrical Estimating Manager

Copperline Electric seeks an experienced Electrical Estimating Manager with proficiency in Accubid Classic 16 and Live Count Cloud.  This person will lead complex electrical bids in the Tampa, Fort Myers/Naples, South Florida, and Orlando markets, and collaborate with our commercial construction operations team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and lead an electrical estimating team to support company growth in active Florida markets.
  • Prepare conceptual designs, perform quantity take-offs, and price design budgets.
  • Analyze electrical system designs and collaborate with engineers to clarify scope and specifications.
  • Conduct site visits, review electrical studies, and identify value-added design alternatives.
  • Actively participate in the estimate review process and assist with final bid assembly.
  • Support field operations with change order pricing, manage subcontractor relations, and build client relationships.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of electrical principles, processes, and the ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with negotiated bids, hard bids, and GMP processes.
  • Proficiency with Accubid Classic 16, Live Count Cloud, and relevant estimating software (Tra-ser, BIM 360).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.

  • Coordinate delivery of materials to job sites, ensuring everything arrives on schedule and in good condition.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials ordered, delivered, and used.
  • Assist in packing, loading, and unloading materials as needed.
  • Contribute to keeping job sites organized and safe at all times.
  • Perform all cleanup tasks as assigned.

What’s Needed to be Successful?

Required

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid Driver’s License with good driving record.
  • Must be able to work onsite full-time at designated project(s).

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • This role requires talking, hearing, and extensive physical activity including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.
  • Must be able to move objects using strength and stamina, with good manual dexterity and coordination. Ability to lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds frequently, and occasionally over 100 pounds.
  • Ability to wear company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Must be able to perform these physical duties for extended periods in potentially challenging outdoor environments (heat/cold, wet/dry, etc.).
  • May be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration.
