Copperline is proud to serve as the electrical contractor for one of Gasworx’s mixed-use buildings, a five-story development totaling more than 290,000 square feet. The project includes 140 residential units, 18,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and an attached parking garage. Rooted in the historic heart of Ybor City, known since 1885 for its vibrant streets, cultural diversity, and lively entertainment scene, Gasworx will ultimately connect several key districts, including Encore, the Channel District, and downtown Tampa.
